Bra Styles:
Push up Bra lifts the breast to create cleavage due to the gel or padded inserts that fit into the inside of the cups.
Padded bra – this type of bra offers anything from a slight lift to the bust line or a more push up effect. Padding can be in different thicknesses for different styles of padded bras.
Balconette bra offers a bit more than half coverage to the breast and is cut in a horizontal line across the top of the bust.
Plunged bra is styled with a centre gore that dips low in front between the breasts so that the cleavage seen under low-cut garments.
T-shirt Bra is designed to provide a smooth appearance under soft and thin materials.
Underwire bra contains metal wires in the lower edges of the bra, giving extra support for the bust.
Strapless bra. In order to be supportive without straps, this type of bra is designed to have a wide band, boning under the arms and in the centre and silicon strips to reduce slippage.
Contour Bra is designed with lined and underwired cups that hold their shape.
Panties Styles:
G – String Type of panty that has a single piece of string that attaches the front fabric panel to the back; has minimal fabric at the back.
Brazilian is a low waist type of panties with half coverage at the back.
Culottes is a type of underwear shorts. Can be of different designs and fabrics.
Briefs is a type of short, tight – fitting underpants.
Seamless has no seams on the front and on the sides. Invisible under garments.
Shape wear is a form of fitted underwear designed to hold part of the body in a particular shape.
We want you to enjoy your beautiful lingerie for as long as possible. Please read the following guidelines on how to take care of your garments:
a. Always read labels on your lingerie
b. Wash coloured, dark and light fabrics separately
c. All Corsets should be dry cleaned
d. We HIGHLY recommend to hand wash your lingerie.
You should hand wash your lingerie in slightly warm water (washing in hot water could shrink you lingerie). Use soap flakes, hand washing liquid or natural shampoo. Place lingerie into the water and let it soak for 5-10 min. Be sure that hooks and accessories from the bras and panties don’t get caught in the lace. After the soaking, gently rub the fabric together to remove the dirt. Be sure to do it one item at a time. Remove the dirty water and wash each item in cool water, rinse until water runs clear. Lay the clean items on one layer of towels and put another layer of towels on top of it. Then gently press out the excess water. After all water has been removed, lay items flat to dry out.
e. If you choose to machine wash your lingerie, it is necessary to use the washing bags. Please only use gentle cycle on your machine.

4. All orders within Australia will be shipped via Express Post Australia (with a tracking number)
5. All international orders will be shipped via Air Mail using Australia Post. Please note that no tracking number will be provided.“White Orchid” will not be responsible for loss of shipped goods.

At White Orchid we are trying to do everything to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. But we also understand that Lingerie is a sensitive product and sometimes items may not suite your needs or you may just simply need to change the size.
Exchange Policy:
1. You have 14 days from original shipping date to exchange your items if you have an Australian Postal address.
2. You have 28 days from original shipping date to exchange you items if you have postal address outside Australia

· In original condition, item MUST be tried on over your existing underwear. Please note that body creams, perfumes, etc may leave marks on a product,
· Item must not be worn
· All tags must be attached.
5. Items bought online must be returned via Post and cannot be exchanged at our boutiques.
6. It is customer responsibility to pack items delicately. All damaged items will be send back to consumers.
7. Exchange postage expenses are at consumer cost. Please note that we don’t take responsibilities on services you choose to send the items to us, we cannot exchange items we do not receive.
8. Unfortunately Hosiery and Beauty products cannot be exchanged
NOTE: Gifts purchased between 24th of November and 24th of December can be exchanged untill 10Th of January. Gifts bought between 1st of February and 14th of February can be exchange until 25th of February
Refund Policy:
You can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit where goods:
a. Have been wrongly described
b. Do not do what they are supposed to do.

9. After item received and inspected by our staff, full refund or credit note will be issued excluding postage costs.
10. Please allow 5-10 working days to process the refund by the bank. We will send you a confirmation email after the refund will be processed by us.
Faulty products
Before sending goods to you, our employees inspect every item, should any items you purchased at White Orchid be faulty, we will be happy to replace the items or, if it is not possible, issue a full refund.
